Ordering
Currently, products may only be purchased online. While we highly recommend creating an account on our website, purchases can be made without creating an account. By creating an account, you are able to check the status of your order.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Currently, payments are only accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Cash, check, money orders or other forms of payment are not accepted. The final price charged is the price shown at the time of purchase. We may occasionally offer limited time promotions or discounts. These promotions or discounts are only available for orders placed during that time period.
Viewing Orders
By creating an account on our website, you are able to view your order history and check the status on any order currently being shipped.
Updating Account Information
By creating an account on our website, you are able to store your shipping and billing information, making future orders quick and simple. To update your account information, log into your account using your email address and password. From the Account Dashboard, you are able to change your information such as shipping address, billing address and newsletter preferences.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed before noon CST, Monday-Friday are usually shipped the same day. Otherwise, the order will be shipped the following business day. All orders are shipped via UPS. The shipping method (ground, 2nd Day, etc) can be chosen at the time the order is placed. We offer free ground shipping on orders over $50.00 being shipped within the continental U.S. Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen.
Returns & Replacements
Unopened products may be returned for a refund, exchange or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Opened products may be returned for replacement with the same product within 30 days of purchase. Returns are not accepted for any reason beyond 30 days after purchase.
